Studies and Strategies

RDA South Moravia offers consultation and preparation of development strategies with special attention given to formulating specific project goals which need to be addressed in the light of the agreed priorities. The standard structure is followed: analysis – SWOT – strategy proposal – priorities – projects.

We prepare feasibility studies for individual projects (according to the client’s needs – ranging from simple oportunity studies to complete feasibility studies) concentrated on funding from the Structural Funds in accordance with the recommended standards and patterns.
